Chris, Is there another fuel filter by the tank? Or just the one up front by the mech pump? This new car of mine is running fine with the rear pump disconnected. My race car has just a single pump at he fuel cell which I regulate to 3.5 lbs with no return lines. Aanand

Yep, must have been a recall, sure looks factory. That seems to jog my memory. It is disconnected now and the car runs fine. Hope is to make it a convertible GT and fun car street and track.

Can anyone tell me if and why my '73 I just bought has a 2nd fuel pump back by the tank? Did it come like this? Why? Thanks

Hi Dave, Many will say not to use the 4/5 point until you get the cage in. It is actuallly more dangerous in rollover. Call me and get your weld-in cage from Rick Freeman (at Rebello). I see you are buddies with Royce. Saw you on his sight. Aanand

OK Steve, I think I know too. Somewhere I have some nice pics of your car, mine and Gary Danner's together. So are you racing now too? Planning to? My plan is to run the whol NorPac Vintage SCCA Series and some ITE/Super Prod. The latter will be just for seat time. My car will not be competitive with the fastest. I did do well in Vintage Small Bore Three. You should join me and Royce!! Aanand

My Datsun has a few rear ends (quiafe) from that car, and a bunch of little things. I have some fiberglass body parts that I have not used yet too. I was bothered when Dennis parted that car out. Dennis is one of the best in set up knowledge for a GT car. I need to get a call into him. I have not been active on this board much. I think you know Royce (Miller) too. Do you have his username? I have "parts" of his too, and ran with him in Vintage SCCA. Aanand
