The wife draws the line at roadkill...  not that I blame her. I do know a few fellows that pickup a roadkill deertag and the begining of the deer season. That way, if they should hit one, they pull over, gut it, and take to the butcher. A bit easier than waking up at 4am and sitting in a tree all day.. although a bit more costly..

Here in North Jersey, we also qualify as deer country... i often refer to them as forest rats as they're so abundant. While I can't swear by them, I know SOOOO many people who use the deer whistles/alerts/sirens (insert name) and haven't hit deer that I presume they work. I don't know anyone who has the whistles/alerts/sirens (insert name) who has hit a deer. Leaving my home for work, especially during the rut and fall season, I can expect the pass close to half-dozen along the roadway (not yet roadkill) each day. My freezer is typically full of venison (deer meat). No, I don't bring home the roadkill.

Missed a bear on my bicycle by a few feet... my friend wasn't so lucky... he T-Boned it.... This was years ago in a Nothern California state park of US 1. Long story... in the end, bear won.. Long downhill, we must've been cruising about 30mph... took out his bike, tossed him many feet, all his gear (camping, clothing, etc.) tossed all over the road. The bear took off...

Photochoping contest....
I'm in... PM the info... I used to perform digital photo manipulation professionally for the cosmetic and fashion industries, but I haven't attempted any autos. Speaking of, I'll dig around and search for my collection of before and after pics of popular supermodels. Its fun to see the 'defects' they have get edited out... wrinkle here, overhang there...

Oohhh sweetgrll, talk more dirty Z talk.... tell us about the tools...- Time for a new meaningless poll...
I had one duplex on the far wall. I replaced one overhead door opener (single) with a duplex (don't lecture me about violating code) and put up a retractable 30' extension cord with a T end (3 outlets). This lets me access just about anywhere with tools and lights.- Is this unsafe to drive?
Not necessarily true... I found a donor here in NJ that was sitting in a lot for years. The car had apparantly been rear-ended and the body left for scrap (frame rails, battery tray, etc.) They are out there... I'll have pics of my donor in my gallery soon!!- Is this unsafe to drive?
Best solution for the battery tray area is to find a donor. Although a bit hard to come by they can be found, especially in the drier climates. St. Stephen just finished that repair in his and has pics in his gallery. I'll be doing mine this summer and will post pics as well.- 71 240Z parts/parts car
This is the one I sent you an email on. Might be another roadtrip.- 71 240Z parts/parts car
Hmm... got any pics? How much are you seeking to take off your hands? There is a small group of us (the NJ chapter) that may be able to bring your Z back to the living.- Florida Z
Kev, while you're at it, go for the plasma cutter. I could use that once your back on wheels and I'm on the rotis. Only problem for you is after a few more tools, you'll have no more room for tubs.- e-bay datsunz903?
Did anyone already suggest you please do??? If not, Please Do... - 1978 wierd ignition switch problems
