Well.... this neighboorhood is a neighboorhood UNDER CONSTRUCTION so... no children.. no adults... no workers... NO ONE! Also it was a Sunday.. so there definatly no construction workers. Yes last time I crashed my car it was in the snow.. but as you guys may know... I was targeted and hit by my ex girlfriend so she hit me... was no accident. So.. poo! I'm doing it safe... trust me
