One worth a second look
74000 miles!? Man that is the cleanest Z I have seen a a long time! It doesn't look like it was hardly ever driven, nor ever seen the sun. No fading anywhere, no dirt on the interior, etc, etc, etc. I have to agree on the interior color though.

One for ZeMeFly

73 240z on ebay
If the guy wanted a Porsche why didn't he just buy one? Personally I think it looks a bit silly. However, I do like the white gauge faces!

low mileage or rollback??
When an odometer reaches 999999 or for some other models it would be 99999 it does roll over to all 0s. This is just a question I hope. Ther is no way this car has over 1 million miles on it, otherwise I'm sure that we would have all heard about it by now.

low mileage or rollback??
Looks like a roll back to me! The uneven numbers are typical of this ploy. I also agree about the extreme wear on the interior, this car have been sat in for well over 20k miles. That is unless the person lived in it...:classic: The paint issue is also suspect, why is the interior looking so faded and the paint looks to be right off the lot? I say repainted! CarFax is a great idea, an even better one may be just to stay away from this car.

'72 240z in north texas $1200
SCCA_racer, I put a post in the 'wanted' section a week or so ago, here's a link to it -> http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5602 Please keep in mind what is acceptable is not the same as ideal and in this post I list out what I really need and also what would be an ideal situation. I have found some cars but it is very unfortunate that most of the good inexpensive ones are in Cali and I have checked on the shipping, from San Diago to Austin it would run over $600 which really eats into my bedget! I'd rather spend that money on the car instead of shipping. I see that you too live in Austin. Are you shopping for a 240Z also or to you already have one and are just keeping your eyes open for parts? From your nickname I take it that you are probably a member of a local car club like Spokes. I used to be a member of Spokes about 10 years ago and would like to get back into autox, this is part of the reason I am looking for a Z. The rest of it is that I just simply love these cars, always have but never owned one. Just something about the style, the look, basically the over all package that these offer.
