  2. contact les canaday at classic datsun, 760-490-6365, Les has the exclusive rights to produce the original BRE spook from Brock racing enterprises. I and I believe he has an agreement with MSA to resell the spooks.... www.classicdatsun.com
  3. TWM fuel injection does direct port fuel injection systems for 240-280z's, they currently offer a cold air box for their fuel injectionsystem that would work for your application.

p-90 and the p-90a heads were on the 82-84 280zx's although i have never seen a p-90 i understand that they do exist and are a solid lifter version of the p-90a. As far as building a stroker turbo motor on a budget, well that will be tough unless you have your own machine shop and the knowhow...as far as how much boost it depends on what rod and piston combo you run, and i can't help you there. I suggest contacting Rebello Racing...or D.L. Potter. Good Luck...

this is one mans opinion: unless you have an unlimited budget, building a proper 3.1 liter z motor is not very practacle. The diesel crank must be really worked over to be light enough to out perform a nicely built up 2.9 liter motor. the diesel crank is very heavy and will rev slowly unless substantially lightened. As far as a head choice i would suggest a P-90a modified to solid lifters, the combustion chamber is a better design ( to eliminate detonation) and this head was used for the factory turbo offering, so if you are thinking turbo its probably a better choice.

i will mike, it's a very rare part...i have been told that there are only 6 torson gleasons in existence. All out of the neuman haas racing effort. Torson won't even admitt that they exist...or so i have heard...you scored my friend!
  9. to install a fully automatic antenna you need a switched 12 volt constant output from the radio in the car. the factory 240z radio does not have this output. Therefore, the "switched" factory antenna is your best option. If you go to an aftermarket radio there will be an output for antenna (usually a blue wire) that will trigger a relay on a fully automatic antenna, but remember that you will have to do some additional modification to the wiring harness for a fully automatic antenna.
