  1. Hi Dave. This is an old thread. Are you still making the LED's? I'd be interested in them for my '77 280Z. Thanks!
  2. There ya go. Put in a new fuel filter. Was a simple fix for me.
  3. Looks good Steve. Go have a couple beers
  4. I pulled out my "truck style" 280Z steering wheel today, and installed a 240Z steering wheel. Before and after pics.
  5. That right there is funny, I don't care who ya are
  6. Try this link: http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37484&highlight=lock
  7. Try using the search feature. I think this exact topic was discussed a few weeks ago.
  8. Thanks Frank.
  9. I haven't received my spoiler yet. If you are on HybridZ.org, you can ask the seller, or maybe other members who have one. If not, I'll post the width when I get mine.
  10. Hey Frank, welcome to Z world from a fellow '77 Z-er!
  11. I copied and pasted this from their website: Description: The Victoryâ„¢ Spoiler is made in the same design as the BRE Spoiler, only significantly higher. The height of the BRE as measured from the back is approximately 3 7/8". the height of the VICTORYâ„¢ as measured from the back is approximately 5 3/8". The Victoryâ„¢ Spoiler is made of high quality fiberglass (see related items below for Carbon Fiber), and comes ready for prep and painting. It bolts on to the deck the same as the BRE Spoiler does (bolts included), and does not interfere with the lock.
  12. It's metallic purple on the front 1/3, then fades to black.
  13. Welcome from another early '77 owner.
  14. He did say he was posting it for a buddy. Did not know Optima red tops were original And ORIGINAL tires? Hmmmmmmm.
  15. Yup. You need 4x114.3 (4x4.5). There are quite a few favorites, depending on your taste & budget. There are even some on eBay. Your tire store should be able to get what you want. If you see any member rides on here with wheels you like, just ask them what they are & where they got them.
  16. What service manual are you referencing to? If it's Haynes or Chiltons etc, they aren't much help. If you don't have the FSM manual, you can download it for free: http://www.xenons30.com/reference.html
  17. Didn't you remove the belt when you replaced the alternator? You shouldn't have to take the fan or shroud off. It can be tricky but it can be done.
  18. Nice pics and good lookin' exhaust. Thanks Michael.
  19. Welcome Oregon260Z.
