Just convinces me even more that Nissan makes the best motors as far as holding up over time. No idea how many I have on mine. I know it has been turned at least twice probably more since I drive it all the time. hmm if I take the average miles per year an owner puts on a car (12,000?) and multiply that by 26 then I am well over 300,000. I still have the original motor but the transmission was replaced if that still counts.

You have some crazy laws out there. They can actually dictate what size engine and how much horsepower you are allowed to have? I have owned mine for several years and have yet to come across anyone needing to check my vin #'s. Our state does not require inspections. I wonder how many do require them.

Check your blower motor underneath the passenger side. Mine was leaking water where the out vent attaches to the frame. Acid can get it in there if the body has rust where the top hose exits/connects.

True but even Ebay had to start somewhere. If you look at sites such as this site, zcar.com, zhome.com I think there are plenty of z car owners out there interested in a site specifically for z parts. We have hundreds of items to post so I think once we get most of them up there it would generate more interest. Right now we just want to make sure the site functions properly for users placing items, bidding etc.

The secret is cops are intellectual midgets. If i was really going that fast I asked the city clerk do you think I would stop? Dont even get me started on these smog/emissions laws. Our state Goverenor announced he would do away with the law. Of course my tag expired and did not have the money at the time to get it to pass so I drove with an expired tag for two months. Needless to say I was ticketed three times...grr... had to pay all of them. Our state used to have a similar law. $500 to register your car if you moved from another state. They eventually did the same thing and had to refund all the money to the owners. $500 is ridiculous. Might as well put a sign up at the border. Welcome to Florida, Now bend over.
