Black92si's Family Owned 1973 Datsun 240z
As original as that looks. I would not touch the carb swap idea.

Just ordered my Rebello 3.0, now what
I'd guess that Rebello is his machine shop. It's mine and he knows a bit about Z cars so... 8-)

Very Cool Ignition Upgrade
I've seen Leon's Megajolt/EDIS L2X motor running. I've never seen a steadier idle in a carburated Z and I've been around them for 35 years. Dead on accurate. I understand the argument for a stock look however...

which country made the panasport wheels?
I agree with all three answers but to correct your original question, MAKES, not "made." They're still making them.

Emergency brake boot fastener snaps.
There *should* be snaps on the tunnel vinyl to attach them to. At least there are on mine. Just a caveat though, my vinyl is new reproduction from Classic Datsun Motorsport in Vista California. Not sure if the snaps were on the original or not...

Pictures of my plugs. Too Lean?
Google "reading spark plugs with unleaded fuel." The paraphrase is that unleaded fuel burns cleaner and leaves less deposits so plugs are harder to read. In any case, the OP has lots of work to do before he can even worry about reading plugs. My plugs look like pictures 4-5-6 but keep in mind, my car rides in a trailer most of the time unless I'm going to something local. I have perhaps 100 miles on my plugs in the last year...

Pictures of my plugs. Too Lean?
I have heard that reading plugs is useless with unleaded fuels... I use A:F gauge.
