  1. I'm bringing the same silver Dodge Ram 4x4 I had at your house, so we can load up on souveneirs & whatnot . I found your cell number and we'll see you in the AM.
  2. Jeff, We will cross at the bridge at about 6:15 AM. I 75 is still closed down, so we have to use Fort Street as a detour, but should reconnect to I 75 by 6:30. We can meet you anywhere along the way, just call the cell number I gave you. First Service Plaza on the Turnpike is good. PS - I did a MapQuest print out, but it doesn't allow for the detour. I estimate 1 hour 10 minutes from the border to the Service Plaza, so if you leave Northville at 6:10 we should be close to in-sync.
  3. I think your car is too early to be an automatic transmission, so try disconnecting your windshield washer motor, then replace the fuse. If that's not the source of the short, you will have to isolate the entire circuit one leg at a time and perform several continuity checks to ground to find the culprit. That may mean the need to cut the wire at splice locations just to isolate a particular leg of the circuit. Sometimes that's what it takes to track down a well hidden short.
  4. I checked the 5 day forecast for the region, that covers till Wednesday. It looks to be promising for the most part with a possibility of a light overnight shower for Wednesday night.

We will celebrate his life and not grieve. Rest in Peace
  6. We have 3 and maybe 4 travelling together Tuesday, but Tomo, anyone coming from New York will be coming around the lake from the other direction I think.

Good to see it just about ready for paint Zak. It seems to be a long time coming. I don't know why but I always assumed it was going to be 110 red. You must have mentioned that before. You guys are going to be busy all winter now getting ready for the big payoff next spring when it hits the streets. Good stuff!

As far as I can tell moose have no fear this time of year and like you say, prefer the open spaces of roadways between dusk & dawn. You don't want to corner one, especially a bull and they will charge if you threaten the cow. A friend (LES), who just retired and moved back to his childhood home on Cape Breton Island has a bull & cow frequenting his pond on occasion. The first time his wife, who is a southern girl, seen them it was early morning and they were in the garden next to the deck. She woke Les out of a sound sleep and told him she was going outside to pet them. By the time it sunk in what she said, he had to run, shouting out trying to stop her and fell flat on his arse going out the back door. The moose just stood there watching him without batting an eyelash. Beautiful animals, but equally dangerous and totally unpredictable. Take care Rick.
  9. I will be there to take in the car show on Tuesday and will be taking lots of pictures, but photography isn't my strong point. See you there!
