Brown Bread Installation

Mike

Installing the brown-bread product from b-quiet.com. Went very well and the stuff molds (and sticks) like no other!

It has two purposes... 1) Acts as a sound barrier from the outside elements. 2) Acts as a vibration supressor for the metal. When you thump on a piece of uncovered metal.... and then thump on a piece of covered metal... you'll hear a difference. The uncovered metal makes a 'clang' noise while the covered metal creates more of a 'thud.'

Looks great Mike. I plan to do the same to mine. Let us know what a difference it makes. I usually see this stuff used as dampening in cars with "booming systems" but it should kill road noise somewhat too.
