My TiVo recorded it just fine on DirecTV channel 232 at 8:30PM EST. I thought it was a good show; lots of pre-production shots of 240Z models and drawings. The show covered the entire Z/ZX range in 30 minutes. Technically is seemed fairly accurate with the notable exception of continually calling the latest model the 350ZX.

No wonder I never heard of the POS channel, they can't even get their braodcast schedule synchronized with the broadcast listings that they publish.

One notable item was they continously refered to the 240Z but showed a 240ZG. They never mentioned it was a ZG but the pics were good.

Doh! It was on the first time I set the Tivo so I have it recorded. I posted my hate message when I saw the first remarks about it not being on. Now I feel like a boob (hmmm maybe I feel like having a boob that is).

On another note Carl, your life will change once you get the Tivo... You won't have time to do any of the household chores, going out for the night wont be fun because all you'll think about is the shows you have recorded. I have the first generation one so I don't have all the tricks that the new ones do but man I'd be lost without it.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. Getting a good deal on the DIRECTV/TIVO combination box. They're offering it for $100 (with free installation and upgrade of the dish to Dual LNB) if you subscribe to the Platinum level for a year (I already do). When I called to order, they told me it was back ordered and offered $25 off! So for $75 I can't go wrong!

The only kick is that it only works with DIRECTV service. Not that I'd EVER go back to cable, anyway. That would be :stupid:
