Going through my parts collection from the past 30 years - my limited search with Mr Google along with the magic marker dates on the balance tube says this is for a 1973/74. However, there aren't any water outlets on the carb mounting faces, which I thought the 1973/1974 cars had?

Can anyone shed any light on this one?

Must be a non-US intake. Also missing a bunch of fittings on the balance tube for US EPA gadgets.
