Can anyone identify the model year/production year of the two different length air cleaner fastener bolts?

Left pair style is 81 mm, right pair style is 78mm

Also, can anyone identify the model year/production year of the two different length air cleaner extension bolts?

Left pair is smooth sided, right pair is notched
