I just sent 240Z to paint, and would like to replace the rubber grommets everywhere I can.  Do any of you have a list or (ideally) a diagram that shows them?

That  will depend on your build date as to size, number and placement.  I just made a drawing of all the holes and their diameters.  I can no longer find that drawing so can't help you there.

One of the members of Canada's Ontario Z-Car Owners Association (Ziggy?) produced this photo guide several years ago.  It's for a MY-72.  I have confirmed these measurements with the ones that I took from my own 72.  The early cars (MY 69-70-71) are, I think, the same -- except for maybe the choke cables hole and the brake m/c hole.
