Posted October 11, 20186 yr comment_559360 I am looking to purchase some replacement sheet metal for my 1970 240Z and was wondering if all the metal out there is manufactured by Tabco and sold by various retailers like Motorsport/The Z Store? If not, what have you found to be the best quality replacement pieces? Thanks! October 11, 20186 yr comment_559363 Which pieces? Some are available from smaller manufacturers like Zedd Findings. All of them require massaging to fit your specific car. A good set of body work hammers and dollies is always your best friend. Floors, dog legs and upper panel that lays flat where the hatch closes on top of. October 11, 20186 yr comment_559367 Floors: Zedd Findings (best product) but the 280Z pans are not correct for the driver side. Dog leg and hatch patch panel: Tabco but they will need some work to fit. October 11, 20186 yr comment_559373 You will have no problem with the Zedd Findings floor pans for the 240. The Tabco panels are always a bit of a hit or miss. They will work though.
