I forgot what this date is.    part # changed and repackaged?

The old part number was superceded on this one

I'd think it was the manufacture date.

Windshield gasket weatherstrip is something they will sell a lot of and it isn't a surprise that they'd make more----looks like a fresh batch! Good news!!
