'72 Hazard Switch Bracket

Hello everyone. I am about 90% complete with the placement of the wiring and switches on the dash. I was having a real problem with the cigg lighter and hazard switch installation. I don't know what happened before me, but this bracket is all out of alignment. Does anyone have a photo by any chance of the bracket unbent? It took me a while to try and align it, but only to have either the hazard out of alignment or the cigg lighter out of alignment. 

 

Also looks like someone stretched out the holes on the dash for the hazard/cigg lighter. Can I somehow fill this in with a plastic filler?

I have my dash out. I'll try to remember to take a pic tonight, if mine is in any better shape

I have just pulled the dash out of my 70 parts car. Should be the same bracket. I hope these help you out.
