The only place I personally know of that does faithful decals would be Bansai Motorworks in Maryland (http://www.zzxdatsun.com/catDecals.php). The decal page doesn't list tires, but perhaps Mike would be a good place to start.

There might be others, and you might have already known about that. Good luck!

I think another important thing about this; is there supposed to be a tire size/pressure decal, like newer cars have? I know the information is in the owner's manual, and you could probably make up something to stick on the door jamb.

There was one in the inside of the glove box door on my '76. and I believe there was a sliver metallic one with black print on all 240Zs-again on the inside of the glovebox door...
