Generally more water means better cooling efficiency. So 3 core or (row) will always do a better job. I personally don't have any dealings with EBAY radiators but I have seen these on 240Z SCCA racing machines. If they race with them chances are they will be worry free on the street. www.fluidyne.com

Be aware that the bottom tank will be your first point of contact with mother earth if you don"t make some sort of skid plate or guard.
