any color other than black?

Featured Replies

My car is painted a viper red and I need to pick a color for my front air dam, ZG flares, and hatch louvers. The logical chose would be to paint them gloss or flat black. But this combination has been done to death.

I am looking for opinions on alternate colors to paint my front air dam, ZG flares, and hatch louvers that would look good on a red car.

Why are you against having them matched to the body color?

I'd like to provide a little break in the red.

A mid to dark brown can look OK. It doesn't sound much, but can look quite classy. Hang some different coloured paper or fabric over the areas to give an indication.:) I also like a cream colour. Not tooo white.

How about a Charcoal Candy Black or Argent Candy. Something dark but not 'black'. I think that the Candy effect would be sharp.

charcoal with underlying ghost flames or ghost checkerd flag.

Even Better! Sweet!

i'm having my front air dam color matched to my guards red Z but the flares and rear spoiler is flat black.

Have them wrapped in That real thin fake carbon Fiber.

Silver or real reflective chrome spray?

I agree with the different shade of red though. Maybe a darker red with flames or some pattern in it??

I am very strongly considering that option. I think a CF wrap would look awesome especially since i sparrow tail spoiler is real CF with clear coat.
