i have an earlier version (RHD though), but that doesn't look as thick as your one..

there are a couple of japanese versions online, i thought about trying to scan mine in, but it would mean pulling the book completely apart.. too hard basket

it is great for seeing the factory options on the car (good documentation for getting things past engineering i hope )
