I spotted these on eBay, but before I bid, are these the correct one for the 240K,

pictures are to small to really tell

Hi Noddle,

These flares seem to be better copies than some other ones going around,

one way to tell is that they have the ridge on the outer edge which is supposed to follow the "sail" line of the 240K, in other words they don't have a completely round arc on the outside. I bought some overfenders recently and they seem to fit correctly. I taped them on my coupe to see how they sat, can't wait till I can actually start the project. Good Luck with the auction.

I was going to bid myself, as I don't see any one making them.

If you end up winning, what will you want for copies (maybe cheaper for me to bid, depend on what you will sell them for).

im not sure the main thing is time but its not like the other ones are getting much closer

i just dont want to start a bidding war between members when its more than likely copys for the club will be made from them :>, so do you want me to get them?

and btw im finally getting some results making badges up im at the stage of deciding on the right painting method so i should have the ability to make them for people

If you can reproduce them at a fair price, and not to far in the distant future (less than 6 months), then I will NOT bid on them.

Meh, you'd probably end up paying the same or more to get a set from Japan.

i just received the flares and IMO they are not the greatest looking copys but ill see what they look like on the car before i decide if i want to use these to make molds

You could shape them with bog, untill they are perfect, then make molds once they are right.
