well i picked up my 72 240z today!! it has some rust over the tops of the wheel well but other than that nothing!!! it has an E36 manifold?? and weber DGV carbs.

Now the fun begins....

I would think that paint is original because the lower stripe was an option.

Just kidding. Those DGV's make a really good practical alternative to a Solex or side draft Weber performance setup, since they have a choke. Restore what you have and it will make for an awesome corner car.

I don't know that I could say the same about the solid axle altered '65 in your avatar though.
