ok i was driving my z and i wanst using the boot for the shifter becuase some strange reason i couldnt put it in reverse becuase it was hitting and i was driving and i kept hearing a squeeling noise cooming from where the drive shaft connect to the transmission and then sudennly there was fire and i was like wtf?....what can i do to fix this?

fire extinguisher- pull pin, point towards fire to fix it.

fire extinguishers run out you know? i wanna get rid of this probelm permenently

fix #2- hook up garden hose, turn on water, point at fire.

fix #3 in case garden hose doesn't work-- drive to nearest fire station if the car hasn't burned to the ground yet.

fix #4 in case previous fixes don't work-- drive it in the nearest body of water.

did it...all i hear is a screech im guessing some how the drive shaft is rubbing....its cuz i swaped the engine and tranny it was a l28...do you think the drive shaft is right?
