I wonder if Nissan just borrowed them from the C when production stopped and stuck them on the K?

I doubt it... Never seen a picture of a 130 Cedric with these hubcaps. They had an older style chrome hubcap that suits the era much better.

Also the 130 stopped production in 1971 - no reason to keep hubcaps lying around for 2 years.
