The seller says it has a 2.4 liter engine, but I think they originally had a 2.3 liter.

I doubt it... Never seen a picture of a 130 Cedric with these hubcaps. They had an older style chrome hubcap that suits the era much better.

Also the 130 stopped production in 1971 - no reason to keep hubcaps lying around for 2 years.
