You see that quite a bit. One low listing fee that reaches a lot of potential buyers. At most he will have his auction cancelled and get a letter of repremand from Ebay. He's not breaking the law, only Ebay's policy.

We have a few members down there, Mckrack-this guy is just about 20 minutes north of you-maybe you should check him out for our fellow roadster owners.

This is against ebay policy, report him and then you'll be his only buyer

I think e-bay charges enough money for listing and final sale.If you and the buyer can complete the sale without e-bay all the better...
