Almost New @ 33!

Featured Replies

Hi Zcar Members!

My wife is actually the the Z owner in the family. She received a new '1973-240 Z when she graduated from college in 1973.

It now has 48608 original, documented miles on it. Yes, 48608!

The original silver paint did not hold up well, so it was repainted in 1982.

The SU carberators continually vapor locked in the summer, so I put 2 Weber carberators on it in the early '80's.

It runs great with the Webers. Other than that, it is all original and has been stored in the in-laws garage for over 20 years.

It is now stored in my garage and I was looking for some parts to make minor repairs.

I just by chance found the Zcar Club on the internet and had no idea there was such a following for the Z's.

It is fantastic to see all that is available for the old Z's.

I may be contacting some of you if I run into any problems.

Post some pictures when you get the chance!

Most excellent! That's even lower mileage than the '71 I just bought. I notice you didn't enter your location in your profile, in what part of the country do live?

Welcome! This is a great source of information from people around the world. If you need to know what it is or where it goes, someone will be able to help out. Good luck with your work. carl
