Hello all, I found a guy from ebay that has a machine shop that is willing to make short shifters with a 10 mm thread pattern for the new style shift knobs< which are 10 or 12mm as opposed to the 8 mm original size>. I got a rough quote from him of $50 a piece with an exhange and he said he would be appreciate if I could send an extra core shifter. I just wanted to guage the interest in this type of shifter and if someone if interested I can give them the contact information. That way i can say I have a club that might be interested in x amount of them. I still think 50ish is pretty good and he would shorten it to your exact desired height. They do have them, they are updating their website...so there are some items missing.
