is this the factory service manual i hear mentioned on this site? if not, is it worth owning?

It is NOT a Factory Service Manual (FSM)

Actually, I have never heard of this one, so I cannot tell you if it is worth anything.

If the price stays low, it probably wouldn't hurt to pick it up, but I'd still suggest the real deal original FSM and a Haynes or Clymers manual.
