Engine is running, no clutch, no brake...

After pumping fuel, engine is running, Yeah!

But, Clutch, Brake is not working.

Remove Clutch master and Brake Master & booster for rebuild.

Strip paint of BMC and sand down the rust. Prime & paint it.

Using '83 280zx Brake Master Rebuild kit from Black Dragon, just use piston only to rebuild BMC.

Mount the rebuild clutch and Booster.

Thats nice work on the power booster. It cleaned ureally good. I tried to order a kit from Blackdragon but the shipping was huge. Ended up buying a complete unit from Beck/Arnley from Rock auto.

That's exactly what the problem was on my car. I had a puzzling oil leak, seep, about a tablespoon every 30 miles or so. Small spot under my car after sitting. I knew the leak originated near the fuel pump, but was fearing the worst, head gasket. This was one of the last of 25 pages of doing a search for "oil leak" that I read. Decided to go check those bolts, YES! I had loosened the bolt to adjust the alternator but forgot to tighten it. The others in the sane vicinity were a bit loose also. Took it for a drive, no more leak.

I didn't want to deal with silicon goop of any kind but my plan is to cut screen pieces slightly larger than the holes they are supposed to cover on the inside of the cowl and epoxy those small super strong magnets to strategic areas of the screen where they would fit flat against the underside of the cowl. More than strong enough to hold the screens in place and easily removable to get rid of stubborn leaf debris that might get stuck between the screen edges and the underside of the cowl.

Hi Mike, Just back from a holiday in Spain. I have plenty of photo's and I believe I have a video of it bubbling to remove air. Ill see what I can find and post them.
