Hi every one, What’s wrong with the original ones? The chrome line makes it very nice specially on dark colours.

Rally anyone?
Z kid I never found the poster because there is no poster of! Don’t look any further. I made it myself. I have a large file (5Mb) of the picture and let somebody plot it. I don’t know if that is the right word for it. But I can make every size I want A4, A3, A2, A1, A0.

Stripping a Z
Thanks blueZee for the advertising. Backing you better say burning!! I would not recommend it to anyone. It is a very determent way of getting rid of your paint. And an easy one also, this for your lazy workers among us. It is often used for to make race cars lighter. Normally there is on cars lots of paint, ant vibration material; underneath body protection etc. race cars don’t need them. They crash into the first corner.. But if you like to preserve you car for a longer time with this manner you overshoot the target. It will burn all the protection between all the metal even at the places where you not able to get by. Especially between the fold seam and the frame. I covered it well with Dinitrol but even now already there are some places of which I think “you did it not good Guus!â€:disappoin

make a Ferrari
Jeff, If you are really interested there is always a way to pick this up. I live about 3hours drive from this place. If you pay me the gasoline I’ll pick it up. Then we have to find a company who can ship this to the states. Probably the best, stored in a container. I live aslo nearby the shipsport Rotterdam.. It’s up to you!!

This price isn’t expensive. Normally these kits cost around $3000!!!! Have a look at….. Stable Autoworks: http://www.zcarkits.com/ Thunder Ranch: http://www.thunderranch.com/gto.html Reaction Research: http://www.reactionresearch.com/automotive.html I’m not involved with this auction, neither have one. I like the car, that’s all. Ivan, hopefully this an answer to replay?

This is a chance to make a Ferrari out of your Datsun. It will take a little bit time :stupid: but then you have a kit car and belong to none of the named branches. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2421802456&category=9903&rd=1

RAC rally 1973
Alan, Is the Old Woking still in business or is that also history? Maybe a nice place to visit next time I‘ll be in the UK. To smell the old air from ages ago.:classic: I’ve to check (next Saturday meeting) the Dutch Z cars if they heave the same lower front quarters as the UK cars. Or was It typical UK?

Hi, Just received this very nice wallpaper from a workscar. Driver is this time is Harry Källström together with navigator Claes Billstam. What I didn’t know was they drove the no5 car! But now I do. He ended 14th overall, the rest of the gang failed to finish.

French meeting report
Hi all, I like to contribute to the report. First of all I want to say special word of thanks to the organisers of this weekend. Fred and Sean thanks for the great weekend you gave us. It was well organised the program was great, there where lovely people, the food was super and of course the weather helped al lot. What else do you want more? I did not have the change to say Fred good bay because of my problem with the UJ of my right assy-drive shaft. It had too much movement, which it was to risky driving 900km back home! So I called up the Dutch car association where I had insurance, that if my car broke down it would be repatriated to Holland. And so they did. I was supplied with a brand new Peugeot 406 with only 12K at his counter!! Now I’m waiting for the truck which is bringing my Z home. But we had a great laughs and that is the main thing. You meet new people and you find old friends. :classic: Until next time! Ps. see my pictures and if you want the big ones…ask
