Hi, I dont have many posts on here but I am one of the "quite ones." I pour over this site for hours on end reading posts, looking at posts, etc. Let me make a very LONG story short and explain my situation. I lost $1000 to a body and paint man who has done work for my father for about 3 years. He supposedly spent $477.00 on supplies, he did bring us a receipt but I have seen no supplies. Anyways he need the other 500 to contract out the sandblasting and metal work. Well that was 3 months ago and he has skipped town, haven't heard from him in weeks. I actually drive around looking for this SOB just to beat him with a lead pipe Anyways I am looking for someone to do this job, the car has been media blasted with quartz silica powder and is in my garage right now. It needs both rear fenders welded in and the front rear fenders welded in. I have all these parts. So if any of you guys are interested in doing this work or know someone in my area, Western NC, to do it, please say something! I want this car done! Oh and I want base coat/clear coat, none of that single stage mess. Thanks alot guys! I can send pics! P.S. There will be a rigorous screening process with legal documents due to my last experience!

1982 280zx that has had a turbo swap. Turbo motor is out of an 82, 5 spd trans. Needs a paint job, body straight, located near Morganton NC. Asking $2000 obo. beandip is correct, not a turbo, plus who has every seen a turbo motor that cheap!

Motor has 110,000 on it, it is still in the parts car. I was going to build it up for my 76' but i am very poor :disappoin so i need to sell the motor and haul the parts car off to the junk yard

Got a complete 82ZX motor for sale, F54 block, P79 head. Ran great when parked 1 week ago, Have not cranked since, bought the car for parts for the tranny and rear end. Only asking $200 o.b.o

Will the stock 300zx seats from the z32 series (1990-96) work in a 76 280z???? If so could I use stock brackets or need to find some different ones?

I was lookin up some rocker panels on rustrepair.com for my 76 280 and the prices are cheap. Anyone use them before?

I didnt actually pay $100 for the part, after the labor and everything the bill was only $100. They guy I used charged $63 an hour for labor so the brand new part wasnt that expensive.

My 77 280 had an auto in it when i first bought it. THat thing would do donuts like there was no tommorow and it would power slide like crazy. Then I deceided I wanted to jam some gears so I opted for the 5 spd. Nothing wrong with an auto, I just love pushing in that clutch and watching that tach climb!

My old Z would do the same thing, turned out it was the temp. sensor , I do rememeber it only cost like 100 bones to get fixed.

Sry guys, forgot to say, can it be a direct bolt in to a 78 280z thats already 4 spd.

Yea I thougt the 280 with the Z Tech block was quite expensive and I have asked for photos of the frame on the 2nd and the seller never responded. Thanks guys for your input.
