Thankyou for confirming my suspicions! I missed purchasing that A-16-100 Kit last week on eBay. Someone else picked it up! I’m pretty sure the A-16–105 kit has the correct ignition tumblers in it also. I did manage to pick up a set of Curtis key punches though and a code book. Looking forward to having this capability to match lock sets.

Thanks! Glad I didn’t binge buy the tool yet. I have no idea how to remove the lockset without drilling then. Still would like to know the part number of that kit.

Sorry for the necropost. Your thread has been most informative and I have saved it. I would be curious of your method of removing the ignition retaining pin. I have saw videos of drilling it out, and have done so to change tumbler assemblies in the past. Zmanofwashington has made mention that people who do this aren’t doing it right. Though I haven’t found an explanation from him of what the “right” procedure is. Also, (and what caught my eye) What part number was this rekey set? Thanks for any assistance.

If anyone is looking for the stock expansion valve o-rings which are NLA, for the outside sealing ring use a 1-1/2”id x 1-11/16”od x 3/32”cs also known as AS568-128 HNBR. The inside ring is 1-1/2”id x 1-5/8”od x 1/16”cs also known as AS568-029 HNBR. I purchased mine at www.Theoringstore.com . It took a few tries. Hope this helps somebody.
