seems to me that there are two different sizes on a 72 are you sure you did not reverse them. There should be no play.

Z-story exhaust on a stock 240
You're right but I may have to wait for the snow to melt. And you are making me feel like a "DeZart'er" even though The first engine swap I ever did was a 283 into a 56 wagon. I actually prefer to drive the Z. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Probably but the hard top is in storage. Besides that means I would have to work in the cold. Might mess up my manicure. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Z-story exhaust on a stock 240
This is a friends car. He is running individual throttle bodies and a crank ignition system. It is a three coil pack system. He calls it a "waste system" because each coil fires on two cylinders i.e.. six and four, etc. because when it fires on six, four has no compression and the spark is wasted. He has also built a 280 with individual coil packs on a fuel injected engine. Ps that car is "Gold Award" winner. We were test fitting Sean exhaust to make sure it didn't interfere with his throttle bodies. I still haven't retrieved my car from it winter home. It snowed last week and it's garage space is occupied by a C1 Vette. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

240z: s2000 project
These photos don't do it justice. It is a specific build for someone who knows what he wants. The weather here won't be good enough to really test it until June or after the 4th of July. More photo to come. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

I like it but I would probably vote for a spare stroker motor and a really nice stock motor on a display. stand. Can't lose either way. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Z-story exhaust on a stock 240
Yes it is. Test fitting an AC compressor for the addition of AC to 240's with different headers and best way if routing the refrigerant lines away from the header. Your day must about over? Did the Loire valley chateaux and Paris in 2015 and need to go back. Paris is a perfect add on/stop over on our Eastern Europe plans later this year. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Series-1 Hatch Vent Duct Clips & Restoration Info Needed
Does anyone know if the original grill were made of metal? I have put two of these together on restored cars and can confirm it is difficult to do even with help. The current grills are plastic and it is easy to snap the tabs off. The pins on the back is what holds it all together. The clip grabs the pin on the bank of the grill. We have been lucky so far as we had the original clips. If someone makes a duplicate of the original I will take several sets. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Diagnosing no headlight with relays 260z
I usually start by checking the grounds. If good grounds have someone work the switch while you put a finger on the relay. You will feel the click and usually hear it. Check all four relays. If some work and some don't move the working ones over. If still not working check the power from switch is reaching the relay. If the relay is working the issue is in the wire between relay and the lights. Recheck the grounds. Check to verify constant 12v is reaching the relay. Check the plug that routes the power from the original light harness. Seems odd that the only issue is the high and low lights. I suspect the switch or bad ground to the relay panel. Good luck Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

New Fujitsubo Exhaust System to be Released
I contacted Zcardepot twice before ordering mine from Sean. They show them on their website but don't seem to stock them. Didn't have any headers or JDM mufflers. Plus really couldn't provide much in the way of information. Working with Sean was easy considering the time difference between Seattle and France. Don's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
