I need help with a Dime wagon
Have you called your local Nissan parts guy? Usually if Courtesy can get it my local guy can too. He'll say "there's some out there, might take a few days though". Those times it comes from Irving, TX. The next day stuff comes from Olive Branch, MS.

Cam cleanliness
Thank you Blue, that's what I've done so far. Now I can quit.

Cam cleanliness
I've got my E88 apart now and cleaning, polishing everything. My cam lobes are nice and smooth just not shiny like I feel like it should be. Sorta dull grey, but smooth as butter. Should I polish them to a shinier finish? Does shiny mean worn? Thanks Cliff

I had a buddy that had lyme disease from a deer tick. Bad deal for sure. He works hard and thought the symptoms were from work. He got in bad shape and then finally went for help. I'm sore all the time too, makes me wonder sometimes. EDIT I assume it was Lymes, honestly don't know. It was a deer tick though, probably fell from a tree limb while he was mowing, according to the doctor.

That's what worries me. Snakes are scared too but I don't sneak up on them, I'm loud, so hopefully there won't be any surprises and we can live in peace. If it goes the other way, he'll be in pieces.

71 engine bay electrical ?
Running lights are the what I call parking lights, in between OFF and HEADLIGHTS on the right side stalk switch. Everything but the headlights come on. Are your side marker lights working? Here they are inside the switch on the right side stalk.

71 engine bay electrical ?
Steve I'm curios, what's L? I remember the color code as blue orange green brown slate White red black yellow violet. That's on cat 5 wire which I'm sure has nothing to do with automotive wiring. Teach me something new today.

The drill is a great help. I couldn't use it on the valve stem without removing the cam towers so I took the suction cup off the wooden handle and shoved a 3/8" male air coupler into it and then chucked it up, that works great.

Now I know why there's no acorns in my air filter housings anymore. I think I have a new pet, hopefully it's just a black snake. The head is small and the tip of the tail is long and pointed so I'm pretty sure it's non poisonous. I've had the cover on for so long there's no telling when it slithered out, I just pulled it back yesterday and saw the skin. When I first bought this car I turned the blower on and pieces of a skin blew out. So I'm thinking they like to get into there. I'm making a lot of noise so he'll leave if he is inside.

New Fuel Tank
I've got the part number for the O-ring around the sending unit from Nissan. It's like $1.89. I'll dig it out when I get in from work later this morning.

Starting Issues (injectors?)
I put new connectors on my '77 a few years ago. If my memory serves me right, when I wired them in the instructions said that the wires could be swapped around without damage, they were both 12 volts. The ECU sends a ground pulse? that tells them to fire. Not 100%, but pretty sure. Maybe one of our electrical gurus can say for sure.

Neat valve covers
This is something I've only seen done with camouflage on gun stocks and compound bows, Hydro Dip Graphics, never thought about car parts.

Out with the new, in with the old...
Okay, I see what you mean by 6-2-1, I was thinking you meant 6 into 1, just quick typing. Sounds good.
