    I can't tell you how many (hundreds) of transactions I have made with Paypal pulling from my checking. Never had an issue. You are right though. Credit cards are better for resolutions. I started a dispute through Paypal. I'm not sure what will happen, if anything. Lesson learned. In any case, it appears Too Intense Restorations is still up and orders can be placed on the Datsunstore website but they don't deliver anything.? It needs to get shut down somehow.

    No. This wasn't Ebay. It was through the website. http://www.datsunrestore.com/. Since I paid with PayPal and the money gets transferred from my checking, I am starting with the Paypal resolution process first. Just did that today.

    I ordered a rear deck carpet kit on 04/10/2011. Paid through Paypal. I didn't recieve any order confirmation or shipping information. No reponse to e-mail and the phone number only has a message that the voice mail is not set up. How long should I wait to start a dispute through Paypal?
