Looks like cap on dash and the fuel rail has wrong clamps and maybe wrong hose in two places. The clamps cut the hose.

To me the autograph means nothing just to buy it but if you are gifted to it by the signer that's cool.

Last October I brought home a 1985 5th avenue . The condition of the car is what made me want it 39000 miles like new with drooping headliner and smell of mice gave me a great deal. I dismantled and cleaned put new headliner and 15 other cloth wrapped panels and all is good. I even put off reassembly of my 78 z to get it on the road. And I love the way she rides. This is what she looks like. blue leather. Going to 43000 miles now.

Unless you got a turbo no need for 91 octane. If you want accurate mpg drive little more like 120 miles then check by refueling. Do this 10 times then take average of all the fill ups.
