i have a 4 door thats not ever going to get a roady and i was going to bozo it when im done with my other stuff covert would be kinda cool but what i was thinking of doing was chopping the top shaving the doors and other stuff like that :> i think it should be pretty different :> what you guys think?

im going to be using R31 fronts with kings sport lows to get the standard look

im not sure, personally i would change it a bit like weld on a better seat for the spring but the idea isn't 1/2 bad, i wish my engineering knowledge extended to car laws... :<

i believe they are different in very minor ways to accommodate different brakes but as far as i know all 3 of them and a few more all mount the same way. i will check if the LCA's and sway bars are the same soon

well if you have 280zx struts and brakes and all that it should be fine to use but if you are going that way just buy lowered springs from king springs keeps you from modification and finding bits and pieces. also the C110 does not have coil over shock type suspension so without modifying like mr convertible did you again are restricted to king springs and they are nice and cheap good quality springs :)t

ok so i went out and took pictures of some datsuns in my yard as i didnt have time to find any more or go to where i keep my hard top, i know they are poor pictures and its dark and the C110 is missing its caster/tension rod but here they are. 1974 C110 4door 1983 S130 2+2 1978 200B GL so not the best way of showing it but from the datsun nuts i talk to and my own experience this mod should work the same way for all of these :> and i believe that the best way to do it would be with s13 LCA's but this way is less modification for now

everything from a the ball joint to the top of the strut is S13 and all the rest is standard :> the LCA and all the rest is almost exactly the same so it should work the same

none of those parts are used for the conversion so im not sure what difference it makes

by axle do you mean the knuckle spindle assembly ? remember this is the fronts, and as far as i have seen 240k's and 280zx's and S12's all run a variation of the same front strut so this mod should be applicable
