RHD Fairlady Z
No doubt, the fender flares are rediculously huge in the back, even if they are Work, and the ones in the front don't even blend into the front of the body right (just slapped on). Body work is gonna be needed for that and if he really wanted that price those Toyota brakes gotta go for some Arizona Wilwoods :classic: Other than that all he needs is paint it seems like cause those HKS parts aren't cheap. Nothing major, just the little stuff HKS alone means your off to a good start IMO. ~Z~

Does anyone know who makes Red tape ribbon or tape stripes that are resistant to exhaust heat? I rathe not use paint and goes as close to factory as possible. It's the last piece I need to finish restoring the side by side ANSA and the ribbon is the part that seperates the black from the chrome. ~Z~

I have to find these!!!
Wise man, makes sense yo. But where can I find the makers mark if this indeed a AR? I looked everywhere and all I can find is the chalking my friend wrote that says it came off a '79 280ZX. At the very least thinking of keeping it and putting a round glass top on it and turnig it into a end table for my bed room or something. I just love that Light Blue ~Z~

I have to find these!!!
I measured from the Rim lip on top to the lip on the other side and came up with 15 inches tall, but as far as width I did the same thing and got 7 inches. I'll resure with pics next time for all to see just to make either way on the width However I have to say for all I tried I can not find a makers kark on this rim but every little minut detail points to bieng the exact same design as the AR's . I know for a fact the Shelby Rims are different when it comes to the spokes curvature hoving compared this rim to my engine mechanics who has 2 Shelby rims. Not sure but if this is a dead set knock off of the AR Vectors then maybe this might have been in a 15x7 and a 15x6. Possible? but by who? And why is mine Blue, seems to be factory applied It may be off the original intention but if anyone is looking for a "Turbine" style rim then now they have a place to chose which one they want. Remember Darbji's delima when all the different versions got thrown at her ~Z~

oh SNAP!, Figured that'd come up. I meant to add pic of it litted too Nice and bright, sunshine :classic: and of course makes for good background! The 5 side by side ANSA's I have coming are for stock 240Z and at least early 260Z exhaust size so the inlet is 1 3/4 or 1 7/8ths, I forget which is the correct one but all those years of Z's or the same size pipe so basically it will be a direct bolt on instalation for 1969 - 1974 S30Z's. Price is $200 for those and they won't arrive for another 2 weeks and I will be selling 3 out those 5 at least and maybe a fourth then keep one for me No pics yet as I haven't really seen those on a Z yet to date. Give me a call at 530-301-1562 as the best wya to reach me for dicussion. I can take pre orders with deposite if you like to reserve one ahead of time and the 3 twin stacks I can have mailed and arrive (hopefully weather permiting) by Christmas ~Z~

Pics have been uploaded of the 3 restored NOS ANSA's in the classifieds, there were so many I'll put a few here to at least show how good I was able to clean and fix them up! And here is the other side by side Datsun ANSA twin tip with factory defect stickers and red tape ribbon removed. I'm currently awaiting the schematics for proper emblem placement on the chrome which must be spaced out and set at a certian point FYI. ~Z~

Got Dang Beutiful I hope thats your kitchen Looks like one of Nissan's museums in there! And thanks for the priase I pride myself on taking care of my fellow Z fans. I should have anther Rare Z ANSA style in the mail Z soon on top of all that but for stock 240Z inlet diameter, but Y-pipes can always be sliced. Same as the one I'm restoring now on my Game Room display self but this one came in the 2 inch inlet size stock for late 260Z and 280Z. Only one of that type a ever found witch will be for show displayed only. Reluctantly I doubt will ever be fired up :embarrass: ~Z~

It was trying to fix this one ANSA that led to what was needed to fix some of the other twin stacks . More to come on the other Datsun specific ANSA with pics to follow, and that write up, now I found my DIGI CAME again. I know this belongs in the classifieds of course but thought I share the news as this took some hard work to do and was just finished unexpectedly last night :rambo: Take care all you Z guys out there. ~Z~

My old GoodYear WingFoot was that size and I now have Performance GT Gran Prix dicussed in this thread hear 215/60/14 A friend of mine has period vintage 215/70/14 GoodYear WingFoot's on his '78 which happens to be my Ruby's exact twin, same color and everything. Fastest speed rating I could find for me though was 118mph :disappoin ~Z~

I have to find these!!!
I just found one of these AMERICAN RACING Vector rims in the 4 lug bolt patern off a '79 280ZX, any idea what it's worth? It's in really good shape with a few nicks but no lip bends or dents and is a 15x7 inch rim. I'll post pics soon as I can find my DIGI CAMERA. Anyways I don't need it and thought some one could use a nice spare or maybe be able to complet a set. Now where is my camera! ~Z~
