Does anyone know where I can find a blank manufacturer ignition key(double-sided) for a 72'-78' z? I've tried the going to the dealership but they said it is NLA.

I don't think they are NLA...but I could be wrong. There are 2 very similar ones. I have both. E-mail me if you're interested.

I wouldn't be surprised if the originals where NLA from Nissan anywhere in the world.

Very rarely here [in Australia] would one go to a Nissan dealer for a key anyway, when a good locksmith could cut you a key for a fraction of the price.

Try you're local "smithy', I'd be very surprised if they couldn't help!

My local locksmith had plenty of key blanks, but they didn't say Dataun or anything on them (generic blanks). I see key blanks for ferrari's, etc. on eBay sometimes and you might try searching the Internet in general.

Oh- if you have a picture of the letters/logo, you might consider laser engraving?
