Hello I need help with my 73 240z

is this rod bearing issue or leaky valve or what?

Noise is coming from cylinder #1 and when I pull plug wire 1 it goes away

Have you done a valve adjustment? If not start with that and make sure the valve train looks good.

Yes clearance was done according to manual. Will check valve train   Thanks Patcon
