We once had a car come into the shop and figured someone had used an air impact wrench to put the wheels on. Had to use a breaker bar and a 6ft length of pipe to loosen those suckers. With someone else having their foot on the brake.  

They are great for undoing stuff. use with caution doing stuff up.
