Is this the part i am missing to keep my idle stable? Will i need it to increase the rpm when the ac system is installed in the car?

 

Please let me know what other parts will i need besides of this one?

Was curious if yours was malfunctioning?  Mine is………1972 240Z  all restored, stock.  It is keeping my idle high at various times for no reason I can easily figure out.  Not a constant problem, but becoming one.  AW
