Hi from St. Louis

Featured Replies

Hubby found me a nice 78Z in Chicago back in October. I got to drive her a few times before he started working. She drives sooo nice...transmission like butter! So far he's doing big brakes and coil overs. Sanded down a bunch of rust, welded new floors. New tires and wheels. He's rebuilding all the suspension. He keeps trying to talk me into lowering it and taking off the original bumpers and I say no way LOL!

Congratulations on the Z. If you can come up with any details on the suspension parts and brakes that would be interesting.

Thanks! Ground control /eibach/kyb suspension and silver mine stage 4 big brake kit. I told him I wanted rubber bushings bcuz I didn't want it too harsh.

That looks like a real nice set up as I remember the z already stopped pretty well stock. With those it should Really stop quick.

Hi SueZee:

Sounds like your husband is taking pretty good care of you. LOL Is this your or your husband's first Z? People usually don't start out going to coil-overs and big brakes right off the bat. LOL Do you plan to use this for any type of competition - auto-X or local track days?

Do keep us posted..
