I'm struggling at tracing one white on green wire and one melted black wire, in the FSM & posted wire diagrams, that have been broken. They are dangling under the dash. I attached a picture. Can you take a look and offer any suggestions?

The green/white wire is usually associated with the parking light circuit. I can't really tell where under the dash you took the picture. However, from seeing the bullet connector, I would think it might be glove box lamp.
