Us easterners are the only one's that can use that excuse! LOL

Looks like a good deal if the DMV does turn out too expensive. It got my attention, might want to jump it and flip it.

Exactly. I have a friend in San Juan Capistrano that if he had garage space, I'd be all over this. Assuming of course, that a thorough inspection didn't reveal any zombies that have taken up residence - the type so typical in a long sleeping car.

True, but unfortunately I don't have the time to make the trek, and I think my fiancee would kill me at this point. LOL
