Seems too high to me. Does it run or drive? Check for rust. If its rust free and runs I would maybe pay 1500 or so

With no pictures, you'll just get random guesses.

Second, the odometer in these cars only have 5 digits (6 including the tenths) so a claim of 51,000 miles is likely BS unless the owner has documentation to prove it.

Lastly, NO ONE can provide an indication of value for a car without detailed photos.

Agreed definitely need pics without pics it's really just swinging in the dark

Plus they're not much people on this site want to see more than a potential restoration candidate..
