AFM rubber boots

Hello guys,

So once again the little rubber boots that connect the intake with the AFM have fallen apart. I bought new ones from Nissan about a year and a half ago but they once again have a hole in them. So does anyone know where I could buy pipe (intake) and get rid of the rubber boots?
