Am I seeing the parts CD correctly? The oil pan reinforcements go between the block and the pan gasket? Where should I put gasket seal, between the pan & gasket, between the gasket and the reinforcements and also between the reinforcements and the block?

The reinforcements go on the outside between the bolts and the pan. Only the gasket and sealer goes between pan and the block.
