Thanks for the advice. To specify more my car is a 73 240z and it's only rubbing in the rear and it's the outer lip. A bit of confusion on my part. I've rolled the outer fender well already and it's improved quite a bit. It doesn't rub anymore with acceleration but does slightly when I corner and over bumps.
